POLICIES
Every well managed business has policies. I have listed the majority of ours below. Please review them and make certain that you are comfortable with them. During your initial consultation we will address any concerns that you may have, prior to signing our contract.
Payment Policy: Required at contract signing 2/3 of total contract. Remaining amount to be paid at key return. Payments will be made in Cash, Checks, Money Order. For keys; No exceptions, a key will NOT be left in the home , but will always be returned in person. However we do have a key program in which we will maintain your key for regular clients.
- All Home visits will be made between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:p.m.
- Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- All clients will be required to have immunization record for Dogs and Cats at contract signing. Required for Dogs (Rabies, Corona virus, Parviovirus)..Cats( Rabies, Panleukopenia).
- Keys will be picked up and tested at contract signing.
- No service will be rendered unless a Home consultation takes place prior. There is no charge for the initial Home visit. There is a $20 fee for a second visit.
- Dogs will not be walked due to Heat restrictions during the Months of May-October. Unless you live in an apartment or Condo. Your visit will then be scheduled in the early morning.
- All reservations need to be made at least 2 weeks in advance. All others will be scheduled as last minute and you will be charged $5.00 extra per visit.
- Holiday surcharges will apply. $7.00 per visit.
- All clients will be left a daily diary, that will be in your home.
- Medication administration $4.00 per visit.
- Cancellation Fee: $30.00 for visits cancelled less that 72 hrs. in advance
- Returned Check fee $30.00 for bank fees we are charged.
- Other policies will be stated in your contract.
